PRODUCTS 

ProteraBio sells the by-products of the BioConverter under the following brands:

• Bio-Natural Gas or BNG - methane which is scrubbed clean to meet pipeline quality specifications. BNG is ideal for heating and vehicle applications.
• Bio-Butanol - a gasoline-replacement liquid bio-fuel that is has more energy than ethanol and greater compatibility with existing distribution systems.
• Bio-Green Fertilizer - an organic fertilizer, in liquid or solid form, that stimulates growth through providing essential plant nutrients directly. 
• Bio-Feed - an organic high-protein, high-vitamin, animal feed that achieves livestock growth without hormones.

All ProterraBio products are the result of clean, biological processing except for gas processing which removes sulfides and CO2. However, we sequester our CO2 as a feedstock for algae growth and sustainably dispose of inert, non-toxic sulfides. Our goal is always to have a "net-zero" impact on the environment and, in most cases, to have a "negative carbon" influence reducing the emissions of CO2 into the atmosphere.
